We are now offering FREE SATURDAY CLASSES at 9am!!  Come on over to CrossFit Lake Mirror and experience the workout of a lifetime!

* No CrossFit experience is necessary.
Our athletes have asked for more times, so here they are.  Our 7:00 PM Class has been added to the schedule; however, our 9 AM classes have been removed.  Our class times are now:
                                            Monday:  6 AM, 12:30 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM and 7 PM
                                            Tuesday:  6 AM, 12:30 PM, 5 Pm, 6 PM and 7 PM
                                            Wednesday: 6 AM, 12:30 PM, 5 Pm, 6 PM and 7 PM 
                                            Thursday:  6 AM, 12:30 PM, 5 Pm, 6 PM and 7 PM
